Integrated Process Systems, Inc. is a Utah Corporation, which was incorporated in June of 1996. The company was conceived in August of 1994, and initially was part of XECO, Inc., which was incorporated in California in May of 1984. It is now an independent entity owned entirely by Mike Brask.

IPS was founded by Mike Brask and Juergen Staudte, former owner of XECO, Inc.
